With the pre show it was approximately 2.5 hours and that time went really fast.
About two and a half hours with the pre-show
The times differ sometimes due to games, "events" ,using children, and announcements. Typically about 2 hrs for the show. Arrive an hour early for Pre-show. I suggest if you CARE where you seat in your row for the show, then for the pre-show, sit upstairs. So you can be 1st through the doors when they open. You pay for a row, not a seat. Keep that in mind. Mainly because the rows are big, so you can go from center of the show, to somewhat on the side depending when you take your seats, and who claimed the best spots 1st. Larger crowds usually dictate the better choice in seating, over just a couple meaning, they may make the couple slide down when a group comes in. Which can be a good thing or a bad thing.
About 2 hours. And well worth it.
Two and a half hours of fun.
2 hours ish

Its about 2 hours, with the pre-show of a very funny skit pertaining to singing, dancing, tricks and a fun fact question and answer portion. They have a great way of engaging the audience. For $19.99 each child can have their face painted (mermaid or pirate) with matching sword, bandana, earning, crown, and a bag of "gold" they did one of the best face painting I have seen....
The main show is approximately 2 hours. You'll want to get there about an hour early to view the pre-show as well.
