On our cruise, there were several folks with varying disabilities. The Sea Thunder employees were courteous, accommodating, and very professional.
My brother uses a walker with wheels and a basket. They let us load the boat first(his walker stayed out of the boat) and unload last. They were very accommodating and friendly.
Yes they for sure would help. I was working there the last year and all the people got fun!
They do have ramps to help with wheel chairs.. Im sure would help with walking issues as well
I have issues with my balance and I'm missing half of foot...the employees of the Sea Screamer were very helpful helping me off and on the boat...they told me to take my time...very helpful...
