My wife and kids did not get sick and for the most part I did very well until we where sitting still watching the dolphins.

We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hrs. The sea sickness depends on the individual. You can always buy Dramamine for sea sickness usually the boats are not rocky at all. You only live once have fun and enjoy
