There's also another place that will help you pay PG&E I it's in the Mariposa Mall it's right there on Fulton you know where the old Greyhound bus depot used to be there's a big old Brown building in there and they will help you pay PG&E

I know salvation army does im not sure if they do but for sure salvation army and they pledge very quickly
