I don't think so, but this place is old school Chicago so I'd never go looking like a slob. You should dress nice. It would be sad if you were not dressed as well as the staff.
You should dress very nice at this place. But i don't think they'll throu you out wearing jeans.
No dress code that i am aware of. I always dress in at least a button down shirt.
