Can I sign a waiver to be able to bring my first-grader in just to use the machines near the front? (No locker room, no entering the free weights or going near treadmills, etc). Thanks.

Hi Adam. In order to utilize the equipment on the fitness floor, a child must be 14 years old. Children may utilize the track at 10 years old, but must be accompanied by an adult. LIFECENTER Health & Fitness Club does offer a program called Kids Fit which is an instructor led program introducing children ages 8-15 years old to exercising and building muscle.

Ah yeah, 3 makes sense. But a first grader has had K-1 learning how to follow directions. But, I'm guessing it's too much liability regardless.

I doubt they will let your child use any machines. I wanted to tour the facility with my 3 year old and they didn't want him to even walk through
