Always professional and always on time. Great communication with us during the service window given as well. Highly recommend!! Will not use anyone else for A/C or furnace needs.

We had called out several providers in the area for quotes. The first one gave us a whole horse and pony show and wanted close to $15,000.00 to replace the AC, furnace and hot water in a 1,500 sqfoot townhome. The second company we had used before for maintenance but still was on the high end. I poseted in a neighborhood FB group about the quotes we had received to see what the average going rate was and people indicated that they were kind of high and recommended other companies. A few people recommended Bartlett so I started doing research and was blown away by the reviews and called them for a quote. Bartlett came out for the quote and didnt do a whole big show and was very reasonable in their price. We ended up going with a separate plumbing company for the water tank and we were telling him about the companies we had come out. Turns out this guy knows Vince and spoke very highly of Vince and the company... so we took that as a good sign and we decided to go with them. 2 weeks later, one of the original companies decided to drop their prices but it was too late... we were sold on Bartlett! From Laura in the office, to the guys who came... everyone was amazing. The install went without problems, they showed us the new equipment, walked us through them and the Ecobee. They hauled all the old materials away and cleaned up their mess (minus one spot from the install of the thermostat I had to ask them to clean up the wall debris before they left), but we were very impressed!! Hopefully we wont have to call them again other than the routine maintenance! Highly recommend from the friendly service to amazing prices.

Really happy with Bartlett Heating service. Just had tech Sam over for annual HVAC check and maintenance. Sam was very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why as well as answer all our questions. Our family puts it's trust in Bartlett Heating and Air

Your HVAC system is a major investment. Just like any other investment, such as a car or home, you’re heating, and air conditioning systems need routine maintenance to keep them running smoothly and efficiently over the long haul. When your Furnace and Air Conditioning system is dirty it puts extra strain, decreases efficiency on the hvac systems and causes breakdowns. By keeping your system clean, lubricated, and in working order, you can benefit from improved efficiency, which results in lower energy bills over time. A clean and smooth-running system can also provide better comfort and air quality for you and your family. Overall, regular maintenance can help you improve the longevity of your HVAC equipment so that you get more out of your investment.
During an furnace Clean and check we inspect the following: 1) burners (cleaned as well) 2) heat exchanger (cleaned as well) 3) flue 4) gas valve 5) ignition and igniter assembly 6) furnace cabinet 7) all fan limit and safety switches 8) Oil blower motor (if needed) 9) and clean flame sensor 10) humidifier (if applicable) 11) electrical connections in furnace 12) thermostat 13) for gas leaks at furnace 14) inlet and outlet gas pressure 15) blower wheel 16) furnace condensate drain if required 17) ducts, by visual inspection 18) furnace and flue for proper clearance from combustibles
If you want your furnace to work effectively and last for a long time, then you need to perform regular maintenance. Just like a car, the wear and tear on an HVAC system can adversely affect performance and shorten its lifespan. With regular tune-ups, your heating system will run at peak performance while helping you avoid costly repairs and lowering your energy bills.
