I never do service in this place again. They gave me two hours to change the engine oil, and when you gave me the set time, they hadn't even moved the car. They said they were doing training and that's why it took so long. You have no respect for the client. They don't care. Worst job. It makes me want to swear, but I'm going to let it go. It's not worth it.

I buy a battery they say they install for free online clearly states they close at 4 pm it’s 3:20 the sales guy tells me we’re out of here in ten minutes can’t help you really5 minutes…….

Its first come first served lately. You really cant make an appt due to staffing. Show up before 7 am and you will have an excellent chance if getting in. If 4 or more people are ahead of you, they may not be able to take more jobs as their hours are 7 am to 4 pm.
