Gina Konkler Artis was such a blessing to our family at a very difficult time with our Father. My sister and I walked in to inquire for our Father at a very stressful time and Cheryl and her staff made us feel like they really cared individually for each person. We immediately knew this was going to be Dads new home. The staff treated Dad like family from day one. The place was very clean and always welcoming. Dad's final days were spent there and we couldn't ask for a better place. I highly recommend Artis of Bartlett if you’re looking for a place for your loved one.

One of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever made was to have to place my mother/best friend in memory care. We visited many facilities and once I visited Artis of Bartlett, in my mind nothing else else would do. I cannot describe the eventual relief due to the level of care AND love she received there. The staff was OnTop of every issue and change in her condition. If there was even a small issue that I had, something a family member would notice, it was immediately addressed and corrected. My opinions and thoughts mattered. In her eventual decline she was always treated with grace and love. She was cleaned and hugged and talked to and brought to social gatherings. The staff and other residents became part of her new family. Her new home not just a place to be. I was always welcome there as well. When she passed this summer. I was inundated with phone calls of concern. My grief was theirs and I consoled as much as they consoled me. Artis Senior living was a blessing for our family and I will always treasure that I was able to enjoy my mother knowing she was safe. I will always be grateful.

Artis is a wonderful place who cares abut all of their residents. I am contacted on my mom's care and and any concerns. I can call or stop by anytime to talk anyone about my mom and how she is doing over all. Gives me peace of mind she is safe and taken care of properly.

Our mom and our family feel like this is the next best place to home, not only because of the home-like atmosphere but also because of the community of residents and the level of care she receives. We sleep at night knowing she is not in an "institution" but rather a facility that is most like home with new friends she has made. Once we get around COVID19 and establish a new normal, a life made of new memories awaits our mom and family. This place a gift to our mom and her girls.
