At our practice, we do not have the laser to remove tattoos. I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there is no insurance that covers removal of tattoos. Tattoos are elective procedures and removal by lasers are considered cosmetic meaning an out of pocket expense.
I am not sure, but what you can do is call the Dermatologist to find out what type of insurance that will cover removal of a tattoo.
