Trying to reach the court front desk while I had got log out mysteriously of my session (me as a tax payer in the city of Clifton ) wants to clearfy that I called multiple time aless 10 times my call was been either ignore or someone was in lunch

Can you guys be any more incompetent when it comes to answering your phones and returning calls??? How are people supposed to pay tickets, plea not guilty, etc.????? The most inconsiderate people run this place. People have lives. We can’t just come here whenever we please to get what we need from you, Answer your phones and start returning calls !!! embarrassing.

Never would I ever EVER think I’d leave a review much less a ONE STAR review for a court and justice system. This is a disgrace and the way they speak with the people who call is OUTRAGEOUS. They DO NOT ANSWER and respond so late your issue might as well be you getting arrested because you will have a bench warrant out before they help you get any information.

I have been calling for two days non stop and no one answers at this point I don’t know if they are open. I emailed the prosecutor like instructed in JANUARY we are now going into April and I have received nothing in the mail nothing from my public defender Cliftons court system is embarrassing something needs to change because Passaic and Paterson answered promptly and I was able to resolve everything so easily but with Clifton they can’t answer a phone They are literally playing with peoples lives at this point ridiculous
