Some of these guys drive so dangerously I live on Curie ave I understand they have to take this street to get to work but you also need to understand people live on this street and at 8:40-9:00am my wife leaves to take my daughters to school and we’re always scared one day one of these guys in these big trucks will crash into my family.. They drive really fast and don’t break even if it kills them And I have cameras all around my property I have seen them no care for people your not driving on a high way your driving in a community… Have a little compassion at least for the kids and elders…. If you see someone pulling out of the driveway you can stop for a couple of seconds and don’t drive fast as if its a deserted place your driving large trucks not bikes..!!

Called with an issue about pick up, the guys on the truck skipped my house. When I called to follow up the woman who answered the phone was rude and condescending. Like she expected me to know how to do her job and the protocols. After 10 mins, I was finally able to find out that someone would come and check my house and potentially take the garbage. I understand mistakes happen, but there is no need to be rude to people who are asking your company for help.
