Does anyone else have trouble with the 4600 Poth Rd fed ex location saying they are attempting to do deliver packages when they are not? Then refusing to re-deliver? If so how do I file a complaint?

Thanks I actually went to the location and 2 other people were having the same issues. It's run by idiots, so that explains it. Thanks for the feedback

Uhh honestly I work their as a package handler and the van drivers are not employed through the actual FedEx company try calling the location on poth road and find out what is going on

I’m having this exact issue, I had the items shipped to my office so I knew someone would be there to sign for it anytime from 7:30 am to at least 7 pm but two days in a row it says they’ve attempted to deliver in the middle of the day but “Customer not available or business closed” yet the real FedEx driver was able to deliver a different package to us both days... This is the last time I will ever have anything shipped FedEx Ground and I’m going to make sure that the majority of our regular FedEx shipments, at the office, are switched to another carrier because they are allowing FedEx Ground to operate this way.

I am having delivery issues also. 2 days they said the package could not be delivered. someone was home both days. No fedex delivery ever came. Customer service said it was put on hold and since I was not picking it up they were going to send it back.
