If there was an option to not give a star rating, I'd definitely choose that alternative because y'all don't even deserve this one star! I should've received my package on the 15th of last month, but no! I've had to call FedEx several times just to find out it's been listed as lost for almost a month now! THIS IS INFURIATING AND UNACCEPTABLE!

The English written sign on the front porch clearly reads DELIVERIES TO BACK DOOR PLEASE. I just called FEDEX customer service, a foreign speaking woman in broken English asks for my tracking number. Which I had to give her 2x. After 15 minutes on hold, I was automatically switched to leave feedback for my experience and hung up on. It's not even Xmas yet and still can't get get a response from fedex. What do I have to do as a customer to get a note on my account for deliveries to rear? Other delivery company's kindly bring deliveries to back steps. FedEx is a poor alternative to service.

They send me a notification that I’ll have my $800 package two hours before they plan on dropping it off. I take unpaid time off work because it must be signed for, and they won’t allow me to pick up my package at the facility. I wait SEVEN HOURS, only to be notified that it won’t be coming today and I can wait until tomorrow. I call and tell them that I can’t afford to take any more time off of work because of THEIR process, and they tell me I can leave a note with my signature and they’ll leave it on my porch. Absolutely delusional. Never in my life have I had such a bad shipping experience.

They suck couldn't deliver my package to my house said they couldn't find my address so I had to run to Columbus to pick it up

Yes addressed to them with fedex address but I believe you have to notify hold for sender
945pm is the close time, the ground pick up for it to leave the same day (monday through friday) is 5pm.
