I was to have my package by today the driver put unable to deliver when he never came to my house at all Now I will have to wait 48 hours to get my stuff no I have.camera that prove they never came no door tag where my package where looking into it yep so will I going to the news, and posting my video showing they never came if they don’t want to work why are they there

Absolutely terrible company! I've just moved and the have lost both of the packages that they delivered...in just 2 weeks! Never received a final call back about the first package. Took forever to get a call back on the second. Doesn't seem like they even talked to the driver. They just Saud that the package couldn't be found. I'm having issue getting a refund from the seller now. What a pain!!! I would absolutely use anyone but them!

Package pickup hours are M-F 8-10am and 4-6pm. Sat-Sun 8-10am
Thanks I actually went to the location and 2 other people were having the same issues. It's run by idiots, so that explains it. Thanks for the feedback
