Why the cashiers don't take the proper order and I don't feel the fresh croissant every day

I've never had problems there with my orders, and they throw out everything after ay most 8 hours, getting fresh stuff at least 3x per day

Ordered a cake ...it wasn't done then they quickly threw together a nasty looking cake. When i complained they were extremely rude and lied.
