This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the city. This has happened repeatedly. I ordered a large black coffee with cold foam, and this is what I received.

Frozen hot chocolate was good but the snackin bacon I ordered was all burnt, every piece was either completely black or had black around it and only the very middle was brown like normal cooked bacon. It was gross idk why they’d give that to a customer

I received bad customer service from the girl taking the orders at the drive through on 11/26/21 at 3:34 pm. She's has an attitude and is not properly mannered. When you drive up she has this ugly expression on her face. Like she doesn't like her job and give you this ugly stare. She doesn't know how to prepare a simple cappuccino. It tasted all watery. She needs customer service training. Please management send her to some customer service training.
