i ordered an ice coffee with three creams and three sugars… when i tasted my drink it was grainy because they did not mix the sugar in. very disappointed

Service was quick and friendly. I was the only person in the store when I placed my order at the counter. Order was 100% wrong. I asked for Dark Roast with unsweetened Hazelnut and light cream. I added two splenda before leaving the store. When I got to my office and tasted the coffee, I knew right away it was too sweet I received regular Hazelnut and 3 sugars I can't drink it and won't be able to return ot to the store today! I'm pretty passed off that I wasted my money this morning!

Worst customer service. No hi. No hello. When I ask for donuts rudely asking me which one you need.When I pay for donut. Just give back my change. And turn back and No thanks. If anyone want get humiliation go to this place.

Had the worst coffee and bagel ever today. Went in the morning before work to order my usual cup of coffee & bagel with cream cheese at 7am on March 12th and let me tell you, I went to drink the coffee and got a mouthful of grounds! I opened my bagel and found that it was burnt from the top and they sloppily threw cream cheese on it. No spreading whatsoever. I called to alert them, but guess what? No answer. I'm a DD member and an avid Dunkin lover. However, Starbucks may be getting my business now. This is not correct!
