Are some items at home goods less expensive like houseware items have a small Defect and that's why there cheaper?

Depending on what it is, if it’s glass and it have a chip on it they can’t sell it for the customers safety but if it’s a cabinet defect then you will get a little sale by %10 off that’s is what I’ve seen

I think other places I have seen like big lots have to say the are refurbished. Working in a big department store home dpt you see alot of turnover in electronics I think they sell the ones big stores cannot

No the items I have purchased and the stock I have considered buying are not seconds. I think the things are probably overstock.
