Why are the employees including the night manager not providing good customer service or even greeting customers?

Well first, im so glad there done with there destruction of the drive thru!!! It's true they seem lost, the late-night drive thru that is, so like the other said, a lack of communication!! They messed up my debit card, while im watching my 5 HOT FUDGE MELT!!

Half of them working there don't speak English
