I work for door dash sometimes Went to this location to pick up a cookie order for a customer Waited in line for 10-15 minutes Told to pull up and wait then waited at least another 10-15 minutes Went to window to see about order and manager pretty rude thought it was funny that I was waiting His exact words were they're in the oven should be 2 minutes or maybe 4 as he closed the window ... Thinking I didn't hear Horrible service Stay away The lack of respect for customers will stop me from going to this location

I came in during a rush, the manager was up front, they had an expediter, they handled it all calmly and efficiently. Great job everyone.

Showed up at 940 pm at the drive thru. Waited like 10 minutes saying "hello" eventually someone answered and asked foe my order. I started my order and they cut me off asking for a minute. I waited a minute and then tried to get attention of staff. They told me they weren't serving food. It's open 24 hours but they aren't serving....

33 minutes in the drive through. Please upper management perhaps corporate needs to get involved, there is no way that a fast food restaurant should have customers waiting for a “fast meal” for 33 minutes, I’m still in the drive through, I got here at 4:00pm. There is clearly a infrastructure issue! Hire more reliable staff, the girl at the window and the 2 making orders seem overwhelmed. Funny thing is in. Predominately white area I’d never see this! Y’all gotta do better, we deserve QUALITY, And efficient services, we have lives as well.
