Yes, they have a new manager. I have met him. He is doing a great job and working hard. I loved the McKinley and First location, but the new manager has made significant improvements to the old Van Ness location by opening up more floor room and adding more inventory. I suspect that the new lease was too high to keep the McKinley and First Street store open. They also have a new store on the northwest corner of Fresno and Shaw.

I haven't the slightest clue I live in downtown Fresno but the DAV Thrift Store on Van Ness and Mono St is still open even though I don't shop there often because I'm so broke that I can't even pay attention
