Well I never had the pleasure of eating at the location in Bethel but my 2 good friends who were opposite of African American brighten up the place when I visit then, but in the other note the food is awesome the sweet potatoes are my fab I can use that filling in a pie for thanksgiving other than that I never came across anyone being rude but If I did they will know it from the jump....regardless customers come first, your attitude check at the door before clocking in...and never bring home to work and work to home...BOSTON MARKET just needs more location competition shouldnt a problem you get a great deal of food foe the price they charge....Im a happy customer by food and by service....2017!!!
Sometimes the service is slow but the food is worth the wait on the other hand somebof the staff ..African. American. Woman ( mgr. ) is rude on a consistent basis and that is not worth it no matter What .i give. Them 5 out of 5 stars for food quality and a 2 of 5 stars on attitude and politness
