Taylor, Chelsea, Jaymi, Rachel and Tera are absolute rays of sunshine who have helped transform the eastern half of Gramercy Books from just some coffee shop into a place that I go out of my way to visit. Ever since the Hermans took over Kittie’s it has been an all time favorite place of mine.

Worst experience ever. Person at counter was miserable and refused to even acknowledge us until we ordered. I know people don’t have to speak, but at the lease respond when spoken to.

One of my favorite stops on the coffee trail so far! Very peaceful atmosphere where you could get a lot of work done. I'm not going to argue their claim that they have the best cinnamon roll in Columbus-- it was fantastic. I wouldn't come here specifically for the coffee, but it doesn't disappoint. It's connected to a nifty bookstore, too. They have a bit of a fly problem but welcome to being a small business that sells sugary products. As a barista and entomology grad student, I highly recommend installing a few fans to blow them away from the bar area and make it harder for them to smell where things are. :)

Disappointing experience. Cold cinnamon roll not best customer service. The bookstore however is quite good highly recommend the bookstore.
