My drink is never made correctly anymore, and they are painfully slow and rude. My drink was made (wrong as per usual but whatever) and 14 minutes later my husbands drink which was only a nitro cold brew was finally ready. So much for enjoying our morning coffee together. This store has drastically fallen from what it used to be.

No. The menus by location are kept very up to date. When you check online or using the app, it will let you know what's available. Never heard of donuts at a Starbucks.
