Yes they allow food to be brought in. We ate under the covered picnic tables in the kids park area but there are other places to eat. They also have a nice "turtle cafe" as an alternative option.
I know we did. We were with our school. We had sandwiches.
I'm not sure. They do have a snack bar where you can buy food and drinks at.
