I called to speak with someone regarding an appointment an they left me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back and asked if someone could just take my number and call me back and they just put me on hold again. The woman was very unprofessional on the phone, rude and had a nasty attitude. Going there was a LAST option because I couldn’t get another physician until October.

Great Staff. A Great place to Work. MSDH worker have to deal with alot of angry people's and still work with a Smile on there Faces. Thanks to all of MSDH WORKER.

You have a couple of options...You can notify your landlord in writing explaining the situation and that you will be using the rent money to fix the problem yourself (make sure that you keep the receipt and include a copy with your next payment) then call someone to check it out. I've had a tank pumped and it was $300. This should elict a response from the landlord. Your other option is to move. You can't be held to a lease for property under those conditions. Good luck.

I moved into an apartment complex & they told me how nice this community & ive had masses of bugs in my kitchen & also have pics & this place has failed to correct! What are my legal options?
