Yes! Our boxing club is designed to be all-inclusive, meaning that people of all ages, body types, and abilities are welcome to join. If you're interested in joining, come over to the club and try a class. Our trainers will get you set up and will walk you through the workout. You will need a pair of handwraps (available for purchase at the club), but your first class is on us!
Yes it is. When I stopped by almost three months ago to inquire about the place I was invited to take a free class. When I arrived for the class I was greeted by friendly staff and instructor. The instructor wrapped my hands and went over the stances and punches. The class is at your pace and what you and your body are capable of doing. I find it to be a great workout and stress reliever. I have a membership.
