Yes I'm leaving a bad review because I was humiliated and I let them know I would which caused the guy to follow me to the parking lot. Horrible, racist, bully that verbally abuse female customer! I went there to buy hair and the guy or owner that work there met me in the parking lot screaming don't park here. I first went into the barbershop to ask a quick question then to buy hair next door. When I went into the wig store the guy would not even wait on me screaming I'm making a scene from a simple question. I just asked a simple question and he went crazy. He then followed me into the parking lot and read my license plate. I took pictures of this and recorded myself with him. Please do not shop

We came here for a costume party and Armond couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Very kind and attentive with us who had no idea what we were doing really - such a fantastic selection of high end high quality wigs with a wide variety of prices that are very reasonable. Just a fantastic experience!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Rude employees and the owner has no control of their staff. Armand Jackson a staff member at Wig World was very disrespectful over a parking situation. He lied about his name calling himself Rob Johnson. He prevented me from entering the store Wig World to complain to the owner/staff about his refusal to give me his name and about his attitude. He used his body/arm to block the entrance and held the door closed to prevent me from speaking to anyone inside Wig World. Meanwhile he was antagonizing another customer inside Wig World during a purchase demanding her to stay in the building and telling Mrs. Walters to call the police! Mrs. Walters who I assume was the owner had no control of him. Mrs. Walters should be ashamed of herself to allow Armand Jackson to act like this in and outside her building. Unacceptable behavior from them both. DO NOT GO HERE.
