I don't use this store, because the management has no idea what they are doing! Training everyone there would be great! Walmart in Gonzales is soooo much better!
Pass them up! Make them speak!
Also they do NOT answer the phone at 6:32 am (just tried twice) and at other various times from previous experiences. And they will tell you that their Customer Service Desk doesn’t close until 10 pm, but 4 out of my last 6 trips resulted in Customer Service being closed prior to 10 pm (9:46 once; 9:45 once; and EVEN 9:33 once). Don’t say the desk is open until 10 pm unless the desk is actually open until 10 pm. Be good for your word and actually do what you say you do! Plain and simple!
And you're not obligated to show them anything at all, or explain anything to them ect.. LOUSIANA LAW, NIT WALMART LAW.
Really bad customer service
I go to the neighborhood Walmart out towards Port Vincent on 42 much better run operation
If I go back to that walmart I'm gonna shake their hand and tell them have a great day
It is rude but we go in Walmart so much that we know to show it to them when we pass them

They always say Hi and Welcome to Walmart on entering. I tell them Hi back. Do my shopping. Only have to show your receipt for items that are not bagged. No problem here. Last Sunday afternoon I was there and was able to be checked out in the 20 or less register which is located by the liquor in record time. I was right at the 20 with maybe 22 max. No one behind me. Very courteous service.
They change greater all the time some of them are are just rude and u can talk to a manager also
