Why is it impossible to get anyone to answer the phones when you have an issue to talk to a manager about? I shopped Walmart for the last time today.

Why doesnt anyone answer the phone? I waited 15 minutes (I timed it) for someone to pick up only to be told they could not take my call.

I have the same question! We had an issue over the weekend at one in Prairieville. We tried all day Saturday to reach someone to no avail. It could be they are only in the office at certain hours--I really don't know.
