Yea sounds about right, sorry to hear that, all I would suggest is to get a screenshot of either the order receipt or confirmation number and bring it to the actual physical store ( if it was a curbside pickup order then I would take it to the store that you were supposed to pick it up from. They can ignore a ringing telephone, but it's much more difficult to ignore someone standing in front of them. Hope this helps! Good luck!
