Same here... unfortunately that has happened to me at every location I have ever eaten at. I think that corporate needs to call a nationwide meeting and solve this problem!.. CORPORATE!... if you are reading this, FIX IT!!! We all love your food, but hate your service!
The same thing has happened to me before as well. I have eaten at ihops before in many different states and I have had issues with them as well but the ihops on Veterans Blvd. and the one on Canal Street and New Orleans East are by far the Worst. Long wait time, rude and un-attentive employees and horrible food.
