Steven, Abby, Jose and Blake were amazing. The team was professional and on schedule everyday. Our issue began on a holiday weekend. Steven and Abby were there and did not think twice about getting started removing the water removed from our basement. Great customer service!

Servpro of Metaire responded within 1 hour on a Saturday night and worked for 3 hours to try to dry out the water from a leaking shower. Steven and his crew came by everyday for a week to check and make sure everything was drying out and removing damaged Sheetrock. They were very easy to work with and communicated everything along the way. PS: I forgot to mention Abbey and crew were great staying late on a saturday night cleaning up the mess and helping babysit the kids! She deserves an nice lunch and margaritas for a job well done.
