I dropped off several items to get cleaned one pair of cashmere pants . She started throwing items in bag behind her. I was alarmed and asked her how do u keep track of your clothes. Because I did not take pictures of my clothes. SHE stated" oh ! we have items are tagged with numbers matching in computer. When came time to pick up my clothes the first item thrown in bag was missing ..was never logged in computer. And of course they didnot take ownership of loosing the item. I rate them 0 do to fact I question there ability to keep track of items. When throw all the clothing in bag before the are actually logged te me system does not work and you have no backup system . I called few days later still no ownership of loosing my pants. Moral of this story you want to use these people take a picture of your clothes and the person taking your clothes . Better yet ! Go somewhere else. Now I have to buy new pair of pants.

I planned a wedding during a pandemic and that was nothing compared to dealing with this business. They had the dress for two months, and I just got it back, not cleaned at all. I would never recommend this place for a wedding dress cleaning and/or preservation. I called to get information about wedding dress cleaning and preservation. They took all of my information and told me they needed to review their schedule and would call me back to schedule the dress pick up. Fine, not a problem, except that wasn't true. They showed up at my house the next day unplanned, so my husband had to scramble to get everything together while he was working. I was told once they had the dress, they would assess what needed to be done and they would call with a quote and a timeframe for when it would be completed. A month goes by and no word. I call and they let me know they are working on it, no explanation about what is being done. They said they needed a deposit. Fine, I authorized the charge. And then four days later the remainder of the $410 bill is charged to my card. I was told they would charge the final amount when it was cleaned, so I called them AGAIN. They said it was clean and to stop in to review the dress before it is preserved. When I get there, I am furious. The dress was still bustled, my hair was still in the buttons on the back, and the bottom of the dress is filthy. I was told the manager would call me on Monday. That didn't happen. So I called on Wednesday, spoke with her, and she said how this is so rare and offered to rush the cleaning. After I hung up with her I read these reviews and just gave up. Called her back and picked the dress up the same day. They had so many chances to make it right, and they couldn't. I wasn't going to wait another month to see if they did anything. And honestly I didn't want anything to happen to my dress. Point of this rant, don't go here. They're untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Best thing to do is call 504-455-5705 and speak to one of the counter girl to give them more detail about what you need cleaned! They are the best cleaners in town!
They have had the same hours there since they have opened. Monday is a busy day for any dry cleaners so really it wouldnt make sense to close on Mondays just for a few extra open hours on a Saturday...
