Our standard Daily rate is $39.50 plus sales tax if applicable with a Goodsam membership, active law enforcement, active military or veteran discount. We also offer monthly $ 525.00pm and weekly $265,00 + tax rates. Electricity ( 30 or 50 amp), water, sewage hookup (onsite), lawn maintenance, garbage collection and wifi are included. Pull thru's are standard, approx. 60 to 70 feet long and we will try and place you on a paved site. Pine Crest is pet friendly, but we cannot allow aggressive breeds and we ask for consideration of our office staff that have pet allergies when utilizing a service dog. If you are a travel nurse, please let us know.
I believe around $400 a month with utilities.
$475 with water and utilities and salt bayou fishing in the back, and then I pay an extra $25 to keep my boat in a spot on the property
