Please define the meaning of a no kill shelter ??I dont believe the spca would just kill a animal for no reason. Something has to be seriously wrong with the animal to put it down..

Not necessarily . There r so many animals out there . If a dog isnt friendly w other animals or skidish they will put them down after a certain amount of time . So please always take them to no kill shelters only
