Call the SPCA
Have you taken the dog to the vet? If so did they tell you the dog is going to die? This happened to me with a kitten I had adopted from the SPCA. I took the kitten back to the SPCA (brokenhearted) and they gave me another kitten. Horrible experience. But I now am in love with my new kitten.
Call SPCA for more information and know if you are ready for your dog to be put down if he is in pain
