SPCA no longer does public vaccine clinics on Saturdays, the full service animal hospital closed a couple years ago. Vaccine clinics are now 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month, from 8am to 12pm (check-in usually starts up a bit before 8am). Fresno Humane may still be doing Saturday clinics, but I'm not sure.
Check on the site to see if they are open first before you go but, I believe you can to there vet building.
