Their fostering is very convenient for people looking to adopt so they won't be there for very long. I got my Rat Terrier there and it was a very pleasant experience.
Unless Animal Compassion Team Fresno changed its hours..i believe they are only open on the weekends. It sounds like you need to surrender you babes?..try going on their website and reaching out to them via email and telephone. Their website does have information on pet surrender...and if you need help..there is an online surrender app you must fill out on their page i believe. If its not a full surrender but a temporary one..try posting ad online of your much needed help...nextdoor app is a good one..i have seen people respond with great advise or resources. Sorry your Chihuahuas can no longer be with you. Good luck!
