Go into the parking lot at the Creekside entrance. You will see the entrance to their office right there.
Chasley is right. If you enter the parking lot on either the Creekside entrance of Niagara Falls Blvd entrance you will be in the right place. They are still there!
Are you positive they are not there? My first visit confused me but I found out they are at the back of that building... search around that parking lot a little more
