Counting this one, I've rented cars at this location 4 times and have never had a problem, nor at the pick-up nor when returning the car. The ladies at the front desk have always be kind and helpful. The only complaint is that you usually don't get the car you selected. However, due to experiences that I have had at other offices, I can live with that.

Never had a problem like the person above, but I use my own Easy Pass and keep theirs locked away.
Once the office is closed there is no pickup or drop off after hours the airport is your only other option
