Never had a problem like the person above, but I use my own Easy Pass and keep theirs locked away.
You are extorted. The scanners on the toll roads read the license plate and the car gets flagged to you so budget/avis will charge your credit card later..but... they use a 3rd party for that billing which is up to $9.95 a day on top of that. They all do this now. I would also triple check your final statement because I've used them five times in the last 6 months and there has been an issue with the bill every time. Extra charges. The people at the counter straight up lie to you about final cost. Twice out of those five times they tried to add an extra day to my rental hoping I wouldn't catch them. On top of that if you don't catch them on it within 24 hours you have to go through corporate which can take up to 30 days for them to even call you. I don't use either of these anymore. Try enterprise or hertz. I'm sure they are pulling similar things but maybe not as bad. Oh and there is a shortage of cars so the is charge a lot per day. It was 140 a day last time for me
