I've been trying to get ahold of my fiance or even her counselor to find out what's going on. Noone has called me back. Noone has answered the phone. It's quite aggravating. I wish someone would let me know what's going on!!

I went through this with my daughter ...she went through the program twice here and they are very unprofessional and never seem to.give a straight answer .She only seen her counselor maybe three times..place is a joke

They will not let you call family you get one ten min call that's monitored by staff I asked to use phone when arriving they would not let me my poor mother was worried I didn't get there no one answered or returned her calls and I signed releases she was my ER contact. They try to isolate you and make you complete their orogram I told them o was there for just detox that is the only time I was allowed to call home n it was to confirm I was only there for detox mind you I'm 28 my word saying I'm there only fir detox should be enough but they try to force you to stay and tell ppl if they don't stay n complete the full rehab they will not provide transportation so ppl comply who just want detox bc they are scared of being stuck on a mountain hours from home w no ride or phone if you try n tell family you need a ride they'll hangup or deny u to call your family if you say you want to call to leave. To visit you have to come sun&Mon or can't visit so if your family works your out of luck

Yeah I'm thinking that's how they do things there. Frustrating for family members:(
