It doesn't get very crowded often and you can always find a seat even when it is somewhat busy.

No seat selection in the lounge but there generally are good comfortable seats available; sometime crowded depending on time of day but you should be ok. Might have to look around a bit :)

Is this only for OUTGOING tickets? Because I noticed when you ARRIVE to JFK, the Flagship Lounge is located at a different building across the tarmac. The only lounge for ARRIVALS is ADMIRALS club
