they allow only 2 hours prior to boarding and admirals club membership/ Citi AA cards are allowed for free but priority pass is not accepted is what I found online

I don't think there is a time limit to stay in the lounge or any special requirements to enter. JFK has certain policies in place but I would say as long as you are not told that you need to vacate the area you should be ok. The idea is that you would only have access to this area most times after your documents are checked and you a cleared and this is based on where it is locoated.
Not sure on maximum stay. I was delayed in the lounge for three hours - probably in there for 4 hours total.

Not sure. I was hungry, I ate then headed to my boarding spot.
Generally if passenger have upcoming flights..after screening they can wait at lounge.
