You need to go online to select a date for rentals at Chestnut Ridge Park. I rent shelters every summer and have had no problem doing so, on line.

From what I recall they are limited on day and time slots. I'd say you are pretty lucky to get the casino on a Sunday on short notice. Maybe throw the party from 12 to 2. Just a thought
