Definitively avoid the weekends.
I never had to wait for seating and I've been coming here for years. They did however put more tables together to pack people in. I feel sundays are the busiest days at this buffet
The best times are more during the weekday. Evenings after 6 it can become packed and you will have to wait a while for seating.
