if i drop a rental back to JFK AVIS can i get a cab to pickup from there to go downtown to manhattan central (my wife is disabled) and i prefer not to go back on the shuttle train to the terminals

We called Luxor Limousine Service. My friend is also disabled. They sent a car and the security guard at the gate allowed the car to pick us up right at the building entrance. We were driven to Penn Station to catch the train to Florida.

Uber or lift only unless you go back to one of the terminals

You can order an uber but there are no cabs there
