If you go across the street to flying j I believe they have RV parking as well as truck parking. That way you aren't taking up a 18 Wheeler spot.
Please don't park RV's at Truckstops!! There are more trucks than parking spaces, coast to coast it is a problem! You can park at Walmarts, Malls, rest areas.... we are on electronic log books, and can get fined.... you are on vacation! Please think of others, and don't do it!
Truck stops can be ify, I always stay at Wal-Mart's and casinos. Just ask Loves before you stay to make sure it's ok.
I don't work there so I'm not positive but I believe you can. I'm not sure if maybe you have to buy fuel or anything like that to be able to spend the night, you'll have to ask.
